This hotel was absolutely amazing in every respect, had VERY AMIABLE staff on reception desk. The location was comfy and peaceful, enough to walk to the city center with easy access to a bakery and a supermarket. Also, the property was steps away from Dublinia.

The location was excellent. We could walk to the major attractions in Dublin. The Temple Bar district was right around the corner. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us.
The furniture was a little worn, but overall it was a great value.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms not found at many other city centre hotels.
Difficult to get to room when roommates had already returned with the key. perhaps keypads with code on doors to appartments?

I liked the front desk staff - they were always friendly, knowledgable, and courteous! Three cheers for them.
I didn't like that the directions for getting the coach to the hotel were so vague. We ended up having to catch the city bus because we couldn't locate the right coach - that was frustrating. Additionally, the duvees on the beds were uncomfortable - under the duvee was too warm. Much better would have been a sheet and blanket - maybe you could offer customers a choice.
